Hate "GOOD BYE"

Why does it take a minute to say hello and forever to say goodbye?
Why can't we get all the people together in the world that we really like and then just stay together?  I guess that wouldn't work.  Someone would leave.  Someone always leaves.  Then we would have to say good-bye.  I hate good-byes.  I know what I need.  I need more hellos.
Goodbyes are not forever.Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean I'll miss youUntil we meet again!

The world is round and the place which may seem like the end may also be the beginning. Absence from whom we love is worse than death, and frustrates hope severer than despair. May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back.  May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields.  And until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of his hand.

Happy trails to you, until we meet again.
Some trails are happy ones,
Others are blue.
It's the way you ride the trail that counts,
Here's a happy one for you.

Can miles truly separate you from friends.... If you want to be with someone you love, aren't you already there?

Be well, do good work, and keep in touch. What shall I do with all the days and hours
That must be counted ere I see thy face?
How shall I charm the interval that lowers
Between this time and that sweet time of grace?

He went her unremembering way,
He went and left in me
The pang of all the partings gone,
And partings yet to be.

Only in the agony of parting do we look into the depths of love. Love is missing someone whenever you're apart, but somehow feeling warm inside because you're close in heart. The reason it hurts so much to separate is because our souls are connected.

You and I will meet again
When we're least expecting it
One day in some far off place
I will recognize your face
I won't say goodbye my friend
For you and I will meet again

Farewell! God knows when we shall meet again.
In the hope to meet
Shortly again, and make our absence sweet.

Some people come into our lives and quickly go.  Some stay for a while, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never, ever the same.

So sweetly she bade me adieu,
I thought that she bade me return.
Love reckons hours for months, and days for years; and every little absence is an age.

May you always have work for your hands to do.
May your pockets hold always a coin or two.
May the sun shine bright on your windowpane.
May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

Good-byes breed a sort of distaste for whomever you say good-bye to; this hurts, you feel, this must not happen again.

we're living in a world of fools

I know your eyes in the morning sun
I feel you touch me in the pouring rain
And the moment that you wander far from me
I wanna feel you in my arms again

Can you tell me
How can one miss what she's never had
How could I reminisce when there is no past
How could I have memories of being happy with you boy
Could someone tell me how can this be
How could my mind pull up incidents
Recall dates and times that never happened
How could we celebrate a love that's to late
And how could I really mean the words I'm bout to say

I missed the times that we almost shared
I miss the love that was almost there
I miss the times that we use to kiss
At least in my dreams
Just let me take my time and reminisce
I miss the times that we never had
What happened to us we were almost there
Whoever said it's impossible to miss when you never had
Never almost had you

I cannot believe I let you go
Or what I should say I shoulda grabbed you up and never let you go
I shoulda went out with you
I shoulda made you my bop boy
Yes that's one time I shoulda broke the rules
I shoulda went on a date
Shoulda found a way to escape
Shoulda turned a almost into
If it happend now its too late
How could I celebrate a love that wasn't real
And if it didn't happen why does my heart feel
I missed the times that we almost shared
I miss the love that was almost there
I miss the times that we use to kiss
At least in my dreams
Just let me take my time and reminisce
I miss the times that we never had
What happened to us we were almost there
Whoever said it's impossible to miss when you never had
Never almost had you
(sometimes I wanna rub ya, some nights I wanna hug ya)
And you seem to be the perfect one for me
You (some nights I wanna touch ya but tonight I wanna love ya)
You're all that I ever wanted
And you're my everything yes its true
Boy its hard to be close to you
My love
I know it may sound crazy
But I'm in love with you
I missed the times that we almost shared
I miss the love that was almost there
I miss the times that we use to kiss
At least in my dreams
Just let me take my time and reminisce
I miss the times that we never had
What happened to us we were almost there
Whoever said it's impossible to miss when you never had
Never almost had you
I missed the times that we almost shared
I miss the love that was almost there (sometimes I wanna rub ya)
I miss the times that we use to kiss
At least in my dreams
Just let me take my time and reminisce (but tonight I wanna love ya)
I miss the times that we never had
What happened to us we were almost there

Whoever said its impossible to miss when you never had

Never, never almost had you (but tonight I wanna love ya)

John West - Loved You Tonight

You're far far away from me
Don't know much about you
But I like what I see
We don't have to judge each other
We could just be
We could just breathe
Maybe wait and see
But in the meantime

Chorus:
Would you mind if I told you
I loved you tonight
Cuz it seems when you close to me
It's gonna be alright

Would you mind if I told you
I loved you just for tonight
Cuz it seems when you close to me
It's gonna be alright

Verse 2:
We've been in love before
haven't we
But past loves like past lives
It seems to me
We don't have to fear this moment
We could go slow
See where this goes
Cuz you never know
But in the meantime

*fair enough

but I'm still missing you...

Biography of Josh Farro

Josh Farro

Joshua Neil Farro (born September 29, 1987) is an American Rock guitarist and songwriter, and the lead guitar of the band Novel American. He is best known as the former lead guitarist and backing vocalist of the alternative rock band Paramore.

Paramore

Farro was a founding member and lead guitarist of Paramore from the band's creation in 2004 until 2010. Additionally, he provided backing vocals and was chiefly involved in writing almost all of the band's songs alongside Hayley Williams and Taylor York. On December 18, 2010, Paramore's official website announced that Farro and his brother Zac had decided to leave the band.

Departure and blog controversy

On December 21, a blog appeared online claiming to be an official exit statement from the Farro Brothers. The blog was heavily critical of Williams' family, Atlantic Records and Fueled by Ramen. Additionally, it includes an alternate explanation of the band's formation, refuted statements made by the band's website announcement and regarding the brothers' departure, and negated previous claims that dissension amongst the band was healed during the writing of Brand New Eyes.
Despite the band's previous mention of fraudulent blogs regarding the event, Farro recently appeared in a video on YouTube claiming that the blog was genuine. The video has since been removed for reported violations of the website's sexual content policy. Farro re-uploaded the video a few days later.
In an interview with MTV, Farro said that after watching Paramore: The Last Word interviews, he simply disagreed with the band on a lot of things but wishes them the best for the future and only wants to move on for the sake of their fans.

Novel American

On February 2, 2011, Farro announced and established a Twitter account for his new band, Novel American. The band includes his high school friends Van Beasley, Tyler Ward and Ryan Clark, each formerly of the band Cecil Adora. Unlike in Paramore, Farro is relegating himself to guitar in the new project, saying "I never wanted to sing. My voice — and this is not false humility — is just not that good"
Farro compared the new band's sound to bands Radiohead, Jimmy Eat World, Sigur Rós and Explosions in the Sky.
On Feb 22, 2011, the band announced Farro's brother Zac would replace Tyler Ward on drums.

Personal life

Farro was born in Voorhees Township, New Jersey on September 29, 1987. He is the second-oldest of his other four siblings, including former Paramore drummer Zac Farro. Farro is three quarters Italian. He is a self-taught guitarist, and began playing when he was 13 years old. Farro and Hayley Williams from Paramore exposed in late 2007 that they had been dating from sometime during 2004 to late 2007 whist in the band, and discontinued the relationship because of the thought that everyone would be focused on their relationship rather than the band. On April 3, 2010 Farro married fiancee Jenna Rice in Tennessee, missing the band's Pacific Rim tour to plan the nuptials.

Musical influences

Farro’s musical influences include Jimmy Eat World, Incubus, Underoath, Sunny Day Real Estate, Death Cab for Cutie, John Meyer, James Taylor, Sigur Ros, and Mew.

Side projects

Josh has recorded unreleased solo tracks featuring Zac Farro and Hayley Williams. Tracks include:
  • "Plane Crash Dreams" with Hayley Williams
  • "I Had a Revelation"
  • "So Much More"
  • "Worry"

Biography of Zac Farro

Born in Voorhees Township, New Jersey, Zac is the middle child of five siblings (Nate, Joshua, himself, Jonathan, and Isabelle) and is of Italian descent. Zac began playing drums at around the age of nine, and he was eleven years old when he played his first drum kit.

Some of his favorite bands include: Jimmy Eat World, Radiohead, Death Cab of Cutie, Mew, Paper Route, Sigur Ros, Thrice, Sunny Day Real Estate and Mum. Farro has been influenced by Dave Grohl (former drummer of Nirvana and current singer/songwriter of Foo Fighters and drummer for Them Crooked Vultures), William Goldsmith (former drummer of Sunny Day Real Estate and Foo Fighters, replaced by Taylor Hawkins) and Riley Breckenridge (drummer for the band, Thrice). His favorite songs to perform live are "Misery Business", "My Heart" and "For a Pessimist, I'm Pretty Optimistic". In a video for Gretsch Drums Zac Farro stated that he likes to play "Decode" and "Let The Flames Begin".

Paramore

Farro was a founding member of Paramore, created in Franklin, Tennessee in 2004, with Hayley Williams (lead vocals/keyboard), his brother Josh Farro (Lead guitar/backing vocals)and Jeremy Davis (bass guitar). Jeremy Davis admitted he was initially unsure if the band could be taken seriously because of Zac's young age until he saw him play. The band released three studio albums, All We Know Is Falling, Riot! and Brand New Eyes, as well as two live albums and one EP. Brand New Eyes, their third album, was released on September 29, 2009. In June 2009, the band welcomed Taylor York (rhythm guitar), a long time friend of the Farros' and who previously played with them as a touring member. On December 18, 2010 the band's website announced the Farros' amicable departure. On December 21, 2010, Josh Farro released an official exit statement for himself and his brother, refuting the band's previous story.

Half Noise

Two days after his departure from Paramore, Zac took part in a new project band called "Tunnel", releasing a new song called "Hide Your Eyes". The duo then renamed themselves "Half Noise" due to other bands being named "Tunnel". The band features Farro (drums, vocals) and Jason Clarke (guitar, vocals).
Farro and Clarke had earlier been together in a band with Taylor York and Josh Farro.

Novel American

Josh Farro founded the band Novel American with former Cecil Adora members Van Beasley, Ryan Clark and Tyler Ward briefly after his departure from Paramore and the group announced plans to record an EP as well as play local venues in the near future.
On Feb 22, 2011, the band announced Zac Farro will replace Tyler Ward on drums.

Gear

Zac is currently endorsing Gretsch Drums, Pro-Mark sticks, Zildjian cymbals and Remo drum heads. He was previously sponsored by Truth Custom Drums and Meinl Percussion. He has two drum kits,(one is in Europe and one is in America) both are Gretsch. One is a black marine nitron wrap (American). The other is a Champagne sparkle wrap (European).

Zac has recorded tracks outside of Paramore by himself and with Josh Farro. These songs were never released. Tracks include:

York had played with Paramore as a touring member for two years (2007–2009) but was never an actual member, until it was announced on June 15, 2009 through the band's Livejournal that he was now an official member of the band.
